Learn key details about the FuRyu Lance Crown Dot Barrett Mashle Hikkake Vol. 2 figure, including size, material, and who this collectible is best for.
Quick answer
The FuRyu Lance Crown Dot Barrett Mashle Hikkake Vol. 2 figure is a compact, affordable collectible best for fans of Mashle who want a character-focused display piece without spending on a premium scale figure.
Size and material trade-offs
At roughly 100mm (3.9 inches), this figure is noticeably smaller than standard 1/8 or 1/7 scale figures. That makes it easy to fit on a desk or shelf, but you lose the imposing presence of a larger statue.
The ABS and PVC construction is standard for prize-level figures. It keeps the price low but means the paint and sculpt detail won't match a high-end resin or premium scale figure.
Who should consider this figure
If you're a dedicated Mashle fan who wants a recognizable Dot Barrett pose without a big investment, this figure hits that sweet spot. It's also a good entry point for collectors new to anime figures who want to test the waters.
However, if you demand perfect paint application, seamless joints, or a dynamic action pose, you'll likely be happier saving for a higher-tier figure.
Decision rules for buying the FuRyu Dot Barrett figure
- Check your display space: Measure your shelf or desk to confirm a 100mm figure won't get lost among larger pieces. If you group figures, this scale works well in a dedicated Mashle row.
- Set your expectations on detail: Prize figures like this one use molded plastic with basic paint apps. Don't expect the shading or precision of a $100+ scale figure. The charm is in the character likeness, not hyper-detailing.
- Consider the character selection: This figure is specifically Dot Barrett. If you want a different Mashle character or a more dynamic pose, look for other entries in the Hikkake Vol. 2 set or wait for future volumes. Check the full set before buying to see if another character suits your collection better.
Figure details
- FuRyu Lance Crown Dot Barrett Mashle Hikkake Vol. 2 Figure: This Dot Barrett figure is part of FuRyu's Mashle Hikkake set, released in September 2023, and stands about 100mm tall. The compact size makes it shelf-friendly, but the 2023 release means it's not a brand-new item, so availability may vary.
